UX Design Manager

I am a scrappy, passionate, and compassionate UX design manager that prides herself on being a mentor manager -- in other words, a manager that entertains a coaching mentality and cares deeply about the career development of her team. Everything I do starts with people first -- design, management, and business. I pride myself on facilitating cross-functional solutions and helping create an environment conducive to our collective success. I've had experience being a consultant, making med-tech products, and crafting CX enterprise SaaS experiences. Regardless of where I am, I always bring empathy and vision to the picture.

Current Efforts

I've been trail-blazing at a company called Reputation, the industry leader for location-based online reputation management. I have crafted the culture of UX at this company and led us from a disorganized, siloed design team to a well-oiled organization with a significant seat at the table. I've done everything from design ops to design systems, ADA compliance to building out user research programs. I doubled the size of our team and have coached multiple junior designers to become successful contributors. Everything I do is done with a passionate vision and a drive to improve things for the better.
